Guestbook

  1. Ann was a great neighbor and friend. She will be missed. Ann and Bob were always willing to lend a hand or helpful hint when we moved in next door to them on St Simons Island. Rest In Peace, Ann. I will always be grateful to you for helping me adjust to island living !

  2. Ann leaves a void in our lives that we will never be able to fill. Foremost in her mind was to serve others in any way she could. Affectionately known as “Sarge” by those of her neighbors who benefitted from her roving safety patrols, and lovingly referred to by some as Aunt Bea for her manner of watching over all of her vast family at Saint William Parish, Ann is assuredly continuing her surveillance from her new and improved vantage point in Heaven. Ann, we love and miss you very much. (We will not, however, miss that Cow bell you rang whenever Misissippi State would score!)

  3. Always enjoyed Ann. She served at St Williams for many years and cared deeply about the church. She will be missed !????

  4. Dear family,
Our deepest sympathy. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
    Love, the Wiley Younce family

  5. Ann was a true savior for our family. She would go out of her way to check on my father, Burney Long, and found him unconscious in his garage, She not only alerted the paramedics but stayed with him at the hospital until we could get to him. I will never forget her acts of pure kindness. All of us in St. Clair will miss her.
Let’s hope she is soaring over us still.
    Love You Ann,
    The Long and Viall familys

  6. Ann was my savior when we lived in St. Clair from 1984 to 1985. Every afternoon she would come to my house at 4:00 and take my toddler Brian (affectionately called the Beast) off to the park or beach so I could rest during my final months of pregnancy. When I went into labor, she and Bob moved into our home to take care of our boys until my husband could fly home. She was the most loving selfless person who holds a special place in our hearts. I am sure Brian, Bob, and she are having a great time together in heaven.
