  14. Fran was my dear friend in high school. We had many great times together at W.T. Woodson. She was always so full of life and had a perpetual smile on her face. I remember how passionate she was about children and animals. I know she was a light in many people’s lives. She will be tremendously missed. Fran, may you rest in peace, sweet one!
