Gary Dennis Masucci, age 72, Passed Sunday, April 30, 2017. Born in San Diego, California. Gary grew up in Flushing, New York. He graduated from Erie Tech. in Buffalo, New York. Served in the Vietnam War from 1966-1968. Was discharged in Ft. Gordon, Georgia. Gary worked as an optician for his entire life until he retired in 2016. Survivors include his wife Cindy, his sons Zach, Nick, Justin and wife Victoria. Granddaughters, Brookelynn, Addison and Emily. His brother Robert and wife Kim. 8 nieces and nephews. 16 great nieces and nephews. Services will be held at Wages and Sons Funeral Home- 1031 Lawrenceville Hwy. Lawrenceville, GA 30046. 770-277-4550

Gary was a great brother in law h e would always say something to make you laugh alot of fun to talk to me and Kenny will miss him alot Cindy I will be praying for you and the boys. I have been praying for Gary to get well but God has other plans for Gary in heaven. I love you all.

So sorry for your loss. Thoughts and prayers for all the family. Mom worked with Gary for over 20 years so I knew Gary since I was a teenager. No matter what he was going through, He always had a smile and kind word for me everytime I saw him. It always made me smile to hear him use the Southern phrase “Hello Sweetie” to me in that NY drawl. He will be missed.
