Joyce D. Gray, beloved wife of David Gray, passed away on Tuesday, April 12, 2011. Born in Pittsburgh, PA, the youngest daughter of Dr. Elmer J. Weinheimer and Dr. Frances W. Weinheimer of Ocala, FL. Surviviors include her husband, David A. Gray; daughter, Leslie Gray and son-in-law, Mike; son, Jasen Gray and daughter-in-law, Kelly Gray; step-daughter, Deirdre Gray; step-son, Travis Gray and daughter-in-law, Christy Gray; sisters, Hope Hasselkus and Linda Peet; brothers, Bill Weinheimer and Don Nielsen; grandchildren, Alexis, Cameron, Taylor Gray, and Hope Gray. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, April 23, 2011. Services will begin at 11:00 A.M. in First Assembly of God Church located at 1827 NE 14th Street, Ocala, FL 34470. Joyce and Dave Gray are charter members of Hamilton Mill Presbyterian Church and ask that in lieu of flowers contributions be made to: Hamilton Mill Presbyterian Church, 5125 Braselton Highway, Hoschton, GA 30548. Joyce was a classmate of mine at Maumee High School and I was fortunate to have reconnected with her on FaceBook recently. I have fond memories of Joyce from high school and she will be missed. My condolences to her family.
It was with great sadness that I learned via Facebook from Joyce’s sister Linda posting on her site of her passing. Blessings and prayers to Joyce’s family as you grieve this loss in your life’s knowing the Lord is with you always and Joyce is living eternally in the arms of our Lord and Savior.
So sorry that you have left us Joyce. You will be missed. My condolences to the family and friends.
What a joy it was to have reconnected with Joyce on Facebook. She was a friend from high school and I have fond memories of her. I am so sorry to hear of her passing and know that she is at peace with the Lord. My prayers are with her family.
