Born in: Waynesboro, Georgia
Resided in: Lawrenceville, Georgia

Julian Philmore Holland, Jr., 56, passed away on Sunday, July 4,, 2021 at his home in Lawrenceville.

Phil was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Mary Virginia and Julian Holland Sr. and his brother Harold of Waynesboro, Georgia.

Phil is survived by his wife Beth of 35 years, and was the very, VERY proud father of his son, William and daughter, Hannah. Phil is also survived by his loving sisters: Judy M, Audrey, Ellen, Beth, Diane and Judy G.

Although he battled with a long illness, Phil kept fighting to be with his family as long as he could. Those that knew Phil well, knew he was an avid sports fan, in his younger years playing football, tennis and baseball. He later coached baseball and in the recent years continued his love of the game as a dedicated spectator. Phil loved all things Harry Potter and definitely resided in the house of Gryffindor. He loved BBQ, talking politics with Hannah, cheering on William and his faithful four-legged companion, Maxie who was by his side till the end.

A service honoring Phil will be held at a later date.
