Martha Ann (Thompson) Wages, age 84, of Dacula, Georgia passed away Saturday, May 20, 2023.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years Charles E. Wages. She is survived by her son, Jeff Wages and wife Leasa; grandchildren, Chad Wages and Lauren, Lindsay Savage and husband James; great grandchildren, Joanna and Cooper Savage; brothers, Carwell Thompson and wife Hannah and Clinton Thompson and wife Mary Anne; several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Wages was retired from Gwinnett County government, and was a member of the First Christian Church of Lawrenceville.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 – 2:00PM on Friday, May 26, 2023 with a funeral service to follow at 2:00PM in the chapel of Wages & Sons Funeral Home. James Savage & Curt Frederick will officiate. Interment will follow at Gwinnett Memorial Park. Those desiring may send flowers or make a donation to the charity of your choice.

She was such a special lady and I enjoyed getting to know her. When she retired she passed the switchboard torch me! Hugs and prayers to the family
