Obituary LOEFFLER, Lynn M. Lynn M. Loeffler, (age 71), of Stone Mountain, GA, passed away on July 3, 2017. She was born on October 16, 1945 in Pittsburgh, Pa., daughter of Albert Joseph Loeffler, Jr. and Betty Monteverde Loeffler Pringle. She graduated high school from Our Lady of Mercy Academy in Pittsburgh and Penn State University with a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Education. Lynn held a variety of positions in higher education, including Director of Residence Halls until 1981. She went on to work in management positions at AT&T, The Lucas Group (a recruiting firm) and was Vice President of the Financial Recruiting Division at the American Resource Group. She won several awards and commendations in all of these positions, including Recruiter of the year from 1989 through 1991. Lynn was the accounts payable manager at Foster & Company General Contractors & FOSCO Inc. from 1996 until her retirement in 2011. During retirement she enjoyed substitute teaching and volunteering at the local VA hospital. She was also able to spend more time pursuing her love of reading, gardening, history, all things military, and following figure skating competitions. Lynn was preceded in death by her parents, Albert Joseph Loeffler, Jr. and Betty Monteverde Loeffler Pringle, her stepfather Robert W. Pringle and two brothers, Albert Joseph Loeffler III & David Pringle. She is survived by her loving sisters Karen Loeffler, Christine Loeffler Findlan (Richard); Vicki Loeffler Mihalik (John); Laurie Loeffler Assadi (Jahan); Mary Pringle Brownscomb (Dale); and brothers Robert W. Pringle Jr (Mary); Bruce Pringle (Jan); and James Pringle(Marcia); as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Wages & Sons Funeral Home in Stone Mountain GA.
