Gwen Tuve Rice, age 60, of Atlanta, GA passed away Thursday, February 10, 2011. She is survived by her father, Bob Tuve; brother, Greg Tuve and sister, Alexis Holland. Gwen was employed with Mirant, Inc. She was a generous, loving, and caring person. A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 19, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at Wages & Sons Stone Mountain Chapel.   1. I was so shocked and saddened today to learn of Gwen’s passing. She was one of my dearest friends while I still worked at Mirant. All of you will be in my thoughts and prayers. May God bless you all. She will be missed.

  2. I was extremely saddened to hear about Gwen’s passing. She was a wonderful addition to our family, when her uncle, Bill Farmer married my mother. I am deeply saddened to hear of her passing. I so enjoyed talking with Gwen as her laugh always made me smile. My heart goes out to her family. She is already truly missed.

When you have a moment, please take your copy of the Bible and read John 5:28. Also, may you find comfort in “the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation…” 2Corinthians 1:3,4

  6. I was so shocked and saddened to learn of Gwen’s passing. I met her when she worked at Troutman Sanders and we kept in touch after she went to work for Mirant. Gwen could always make me laugh. She was a good friend. I will miss her very much. You are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
