Montie Miriam Robinson, age 95, of Suwanee, GA passed away peacefully on Monday, September 10, 2012. Montie was born May 26, 1917. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Sanders Robinson. Mrs. Robinson is survived by her 3 children: Tommy Robinson & wife, Pat; Rebecca Robinson Hammond & husband, Tom; Mike Robinson & wife, Ann; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at Shadowlawn Cemetery in Lawrenceville with Dr. Lamar Holley officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations, in memory of Montie, may be made to Childrens Healthcare of Atlanta, 1687 Tullie Circle, Atlanta, GA 30329. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM, Tuesday, September 11, at Wages & Sons Gwinnett Chapel, 1031 Lawrenceville Hwy, Lawrenceville, GA 30046, 770-277-4550.   7. We knew Montie for a little over ten years as Becky’s mother, Ashley’s Nana, Myla’s Great Nana and and as someone who loved our son James. She always impressed us with her spunk, her longevity and the gracious way she accepted us into her family. To all of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren we offer our deepest sympathy and have you in our thoughts and prayers.
