Bebian Cabrillos Salter was one of three children born to the late Juan Cabrillos and Estela Suganob Cabrillos. Bebian was born July 17, 1961 in Sibalom, Antique Philippines. On the dawn of December 11, 2011, God reached out His hand and welcomed her to her eternal home. She attended primary and secondary schools in Olongapo City, Philippines. She was united in Holy Wedlock on April 16, 1990, to Darryl Salter, in Olongapo City, Philippines . Bebian was employed with Beverley Enterprises, in Escondido, California for many years. Georgia has been her home for over for over ten years. She loved life…she was an avid food connoisseur, a fierce game player, and was never too old to enjoy cartoons. She loved the beautiful things of life. Her spirit was sweet and she treasured time with her family and friends. She touched many lives during her lifetime. She did it with kind words and the sharing of her faith through her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She was open to God's communication and obedience to God's instruction. She embraced God and exhibited faith as she lived out the words of Psalms 73:24, "You will keep on guiding me all my life with your wisdom and counsel; and afterwards receive me into the glories of heaven!" Bebian was preceded in death by her parents and mother-in-law, Annie M. Salter. She leaves to celebrate her life; Her husband, Darryl, brother, Alex Cabrillos of Olongapo City, Philippines; father-in-law, Earnest A. Salter of Gary, Indiana; one brother-in-law, Ricky S. Tina Salter of Merrillville, Indiana; two sisters-in-law, Chandra A. Foreman of Crown Point, Indiana and Kimberly J. Pope of Atlanta, Georgia; niece Courtney L. Jones of Hammond, Indiana; nephews Darrin A. Pope of Atlanta, Georgia and Joshua B.
