STUDDARD, W.C. Studdard, age 87 of Loganville, formerly of Stone Mountain, died Monday June 3, 2013. Born in Stone Mountain, GA. He was a United States Army Veteran serving in WWII, of the Baptist faith and loved to travel. He retired from Stone Mountain Park as Chief of Police. He is preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Ann Guthrie Studdard and one great grandchild, Corbett Joseph Studdard. Surviving are children, Denise Eddie Sheppard, Monroe; DeAnn Mark Clymore, Loganville; Dawn Howell, Dublin; Duane Studdard, Covington; Dwight Studdard, Lexington, KY. Ten grandchildren, Three great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held Thursday June 6, 2013 at 3:00 pm at Wages & Sons Stone Mountain Chapel with Dr. Dan Parker officiating. Burial Stone Mountain Cemetery. Family will receive friends Wednesday from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Wages & Sons Stone Mountain Chapel .
