Captain Thomas Hade Butler III, age 71, passed away peacefully Monday, January 9th, 2023 at Life Care Center of Gwinnett. He was born February 18th, 1951 in Atlanta GA to Thomas Butler, Jr. and Sanna Warren Butler.
He graduated from Avondale High School in 1969 and Lagrange College in 1976. He held many positions before finding his calling of nursing. He displayed a natural understanding for health care and provided a comforting touch to all his patients. In July 1994, he joined the Air Force Reserves and earned the rank of Captain as a flight nurse. In 2013, he retired and enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his wife Jean-Marie, son Thomas (Noke), sister Penny (Tim), and grandchildren Luke and Grant.
