Tony Waldrop, age 59, of Lawrenceville, passed away Tuesday, March 7, 2017. He is survived by his loving wife, Joyce Waldrop; children, Alicia Waldrop and Luke Waldrop; mother, Mary Gollus; step dad, Skip Gollus; brother, Ricky Mewborn; sister, Karen Bryan; brother, Benny Waldrop; many nieces, nephews, and extended family. Memorial Services will be held Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Wages & Sons Gwinnett Chapel. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm. TG was a wonderful man, person and soul that will be missed by so many. Cancer is an ugly thing that creeps into your life when you least expect it, I’m so sorry it seized upon your family. He always commented about how much he loved his family and how lucky he was, I think everyone was fortunate to have such a loving family. I will miss his humor, his music posts and seeing his name when I scrolled through Facebook. I will miss you my friend and am thankful that at least now there is no pain. Tell Chip I said “Hey” and miss him always.
