On behalf of Metro Daylight Lodge #743 F & A M, we express our deepest sympathy for Billy and his family.
Kathy, I am so sorry to hear of Bill’s passing. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Pat Floyd Hill (Miss Annie’s granddaughter).
This man has always been the greatest he could be. Not only was he a great husband, father, brother, uncle etc, he was the best papa(grandfather) a girl could have asked for. He stepped When he did not have to. Not only for me but for anyone! He would’ve given the shirt off his back. He had the greatest heart and soul.
I will forever be grateful and forever hold on to the many memories we shared together! You were such a kind, and loving man who’s memory will forever live. I love you popeye!
