Cyril John Hartman, age 68, passed away on December 31, 2025, as a resident of Lawrenceville, Georgia. He was born on January 18, 1957, in Coaldale, Pennsylvania.
Cyril proudly served his country in the United States Army for three years. Following his military service, he dedicated over 40 years to his career as a copier service technician. He was most recently employed with Superior Document Solutions, where he was known for his reliability, technical expertise, and strong work ethic.
He is preceded in death by his father, John Hartman; his mother, Phyliss H. Brown; and his brother, Barry Hartman.
Cyril is survived by his loving wife, Donna Hartman; his daughter, Cindy Burns; his two cherished grandchildren; his brothers Charles Hartman, Keith Hartman, and Kenny Brown; his sisters Debbie Hille, Jane Vandenberghe, and Priscilla Buschalla; and several nieces and nephews who will miss him dearly.
Cyril will be remembered for his years of service, his dedication to his work, and his love for his family. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
A Celebration of Life will be held in the Iris Room at Wages and Sons Gwinnett Chapel at 2:00 p.m. on January 18, 2026, with visitation beginning one hour prior.
Following the service, guests are invited to a celebration of Cyril’s birthday at Cyril and Donna’s home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to Donna Hartman for the benefit of Cyril Hartman’s cremation expenses.
