Jamal Valibigi

August 3, 1960 — January 3, 2026

Lawrenceville

With broken hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved brother, Jamal Valibigi, born on August 3, 1960, in Shiraz, and taken from us on January 3, 2026.

Jamal was a devoted brother to one brother and four sisters, and our family was the center of his life. He came to the United States to pursue his education and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from a university of Alabama. After graduating, he moved to Georgia and made Lawrenceville his home, where he lived, worked, and built a life he was proud of.

To us, Jamal was more than his accomplishments. He was calm, compassionate, and gentle in every way. He loved his family deeply and cared about his work, but what truly defined him was his character. Jamal never held grudges, and never carried animosity toward anyone. He was easygoing and peaceful, and being around him brought a sense of comfort and relaxation. He had a quiet way of making everything feel okay.

Our lives are forever changed by his absence, but we are grateful for the love, kindness, and memories he gave us. Jamal taught us patience, understanding, and the beauty of living with a soft heart. His presence will be missed beyond words, but his spirit will remain with us always.

We will carry him in our hearts forever.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, January 11, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at

Wages and Sons Gwinnett Chapel, 1031 Lawrenceville Highway, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046.

Burial will follow at Gwinnett Memorial Park, 925 Lawrenceville Highway, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to either St. Jude Children's Hospital or the American Cancer Society.

May God grant our beloved Jamal eternal peace. His gentle soul and pure heart will remain with us always, and his love will continue to surround our family.
