Anita Kay Mcadams

Anita K. McAdams, age 62 of Buford, Georgia, passed away June 12, 2015. Born in Blue Ridge, Georgia, Anita devoted her life to be a loving a wife, mother and homemaker. Not only did she raise her own three children, but practically raised every child in the neighborhood. She is survived by her husband, Danny “Mac” McAdams; children, Dannie McAdams of Lawrenceville, Georgia, Nicole McAdams of Buford, Georgia, and Jason McAdams of Buford, Georgia; brother, Hugh Darrell Dillon of Buford, Georgia; grandchildren, Miranda McAdams, Dakota Hutson, Dan Fleming, Jamie Fleming, and Jacie Fleming; great-grandchildren, Jenna Fleming, Ashton Pittman, Autumn Pittman, Bryson Fleming, and Josalyn Fleming. A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 19, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Wages and Sons Gwinnett Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, June 18, 2015 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. In honor of Anita, the family asks that everyone attending her service please wear something orange, which was her favorite color.
