Betty Jordan Attaway

ATTAWAY, Betty Jordan Attaway, age 79 of Jasper, formerly of Stone Mountain, passed away Tuesday June 18, 2013. Mrs. Attaway retired from the Lithonia Post Office and later retired to Jasper, Georgia. She was preceded in death by her husband Willis Attaway and daughter Kathy Hashemi. She is survived by her children, Brenda Adams, Jefferson, GA; Robert Attaway, Duluth, GA; and Danny Attaway, Jasper, GA. Five grandchildren, Rusteen Hashemi, Farrah Hashemi, Kailey Adams, Dean Attaway and Truman Attaway. Funeral Services will be held Thursday June 20, 2013 at 11:30 A.M. at Georgia National Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday June 19, 2013 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Wages & Sons Stone Mountain Chapel 770-469-9811
