He is predeceased by his father Billy Leon Turner, Sr. He is survived by his mother, Mary Evelyn Turner and brother, Barry R. Turner. The family will receive friends Sunday, December 9, 2018 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at Wages & Sons Gwinnett Chapel. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 am in the chapel.
