Dina Elizabeth Locher

Dina Locher, age 59, of Snellville, Georgia, passed away on December 10, 2021. Dina was born in Atlanta, Georgia on January 27, 1962, to parents Ronald and Carr Lotta Wiggins.

Dina is survived by her loving husband, Bruce Locher; sister Ronda Price; brother Bobby Wiggins; children: Riley Singleton and Crystal Webb-Kayle; grandchildren: Rachel, Garrett, Heather, Gage, Breanna, and Ragan. Dina is preceded in death by her mother Carr Lotta Wiggins; brother James Wiggins; and step-father Henry Ferree.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on December 17, 2021, at Harvest Grove Baptist Church, 2075 GA-212, Covington, GA 30016, with Richard Culpepper officiating. Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at Wages and Sons Funeral Home, 1031 Lawrenceville Hwy., Lawrenceville, GA 30046.
