Bedrossian, Edwin Y.
Ed Bedrossian, 65, of Stone Mountain, GA passed away on February 4, 2018 from complications of influenza. He was born in New York City, son of the late Frances and Edward Bedrossian, and grew up in Fort Lee, NJ. He attended Ramapo College, receiving a Bachelor’s in Psychology, and William Patterson University, earning a Master’s in Counseling. A multifaceted professional, Ed worked in New Jersey on a mental health crisis team, and in private clinical practice. After moving to Georgia, he owned and operated A Commodore’s Lady Florist for many years, later working for insurance companies and two college testing offices as a Test Administrator. He was an enthusiastic outdoorsman, enjoying camping and kayaking. Survivors include sisters, Louise Bedrossian (Robert Thompson), Decatur, GA and Arleen Burley, Ocracoke, NC, nieces Barbara Burley, Louise Salerno (Christopher) and Christina Ehrlich (Ken), and nephew, David Cebula, and four great nephews. After cremation, a memorial service will be held at Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church, 5140 Memorial Drive, Stone Mountain, GA 30083 at 2:00 PM, Saturday, February 10, 2018.
