Joe Grady Saunders

Joe Grady Saunders, originally from Amarillo, TX, peacefully passed away on June 14, 2023 in Suwanee, GA. The son of Gweneth and Mark Saunders, he was loved by many including his beautiful wife Kay; siblings, Debbie Saunders Corbin, Mark Saunders and wife Sherry; children, Tiffany Terakami and husband Daisuke, Kim Haney and husband Roger, Kristin Bonner, Kelly Dompe and husband Tony; nephews, Philip, Patrick, Parker, and Price; grandchildren, Stephanie, Sabree, Joey, Zachree, Jaetin, Payden, Josh, Mayson, and Arlo; eight great-grandchildren; and his best-friend and partner-in-crime, David Insull.

Joe proudly served in the United States Navy for many years, followed by a sales-management career in the automotive industry. He had many hobbies and loves including woodworking, golf, and anything related to cars and racing, whether it was driving his own race car, watching the sport, or restoration of classic cars. Of course, some would say his favorite was loving on his 4-legged fur babies.

Memorial services will be at 10:00am EDT, Monday, June 19, 2023, at Wages & Sons Funeral Home, 1031 Lawrenceville Hwy., Lawrenceville, GA 30046. Online streaming will be available, and condolences may be expressed at www.wageandsons.com.
