Diane Helen Kohl

Diane Helen Kohl, 84, of Lawrenceville, GA, passed away on August 29, 2013. Diane was born on April 8, 1929 in Flushing, New York, the daughter of Arthur N. Wendt and Anna B. Dreher. Diane married Roger A. Kohl in 1953 in New York and enjoyed a long , adventurous marriage. She was the proud mother of 6 children. Her most precious job was caring about others. Diane was a loving and supportive wife and mother, always caring for her family's needs before her own. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years. She is survived by her six children, Brad A. Kohl of Athens, Ken B. Kohl of Cumming, Kathy K. Ball of Lawrenceville, Janet K. Bell of Berkeley Lake, Timothy J. Kohl of Locust Grove, and Devin T. Kohl of Lilburn, as well as 11 grandchildren. A memorial Mass will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, Sept. 5th, at St. Marguerite d'Youville Catholic Church, Lawrenceville, GA, with Father James Harrison as celebrant. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Marguerite d'Youville Catholic Church, 85 Gloster Road, Lawrenceville , GA 30044.
