Matthew Alan Osborn was born on December 16th, 1992, in Atlanta, Georgia.
He was a wonderful man, who could light up a room and make others laugh. He will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his father, Mark Alan Osborn and mother Julie Faye Osborn, his two older sisters, Amanda Kay Garrett and Michelle Lynne Devlin, their two spouses, Gregory Alan Garrett and Shane Joseph Devlin, and his niece and nephews, Robert Rhett Marceau, Lucas Alan Garrett, Liam Shane Devlin, and Alexandra Kay Garrett, and his maternal grandfather, Robert Hugh Burkett.
He passed away on September 2nd, 2022, at the age of 29, in his home in Hoschton, Georgia. He will be forever missed and loved.
