and graduated from Lithonia High School.

Myrtle entered into eternal rest on October 6,2022.

Myrtle was the Mother of Lewis, Larry and Debbie Sims. She was survived by her 2 sons Lewis and Larry, Her grandchildren Natalie and Robert, Her great grandchildren Ethan and Brenna, several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren that she loved like her own and many nieces and nephews.

She was a wonderful wife to Herschel Sims who she married September 29, 1951 and they celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on September 29,2001.

She was our Beloved and Beautiful Mother. Always there for us.

She was a Wonderful Christian and served the Lord in many ways from Bible School Teacher and taking care of the children to singing in the choir and cooking many meals as a devoted benevolent worker.

Myrtle had many friends and her closest for over 60 years were Barbara Ghee and Patsy Ellis. They were known as the 3 musketeers.

Nothing made her happier than family gatherings and a great piece of fried chicken! Oh how she loved fried chicken!

Our Mother, Our Grandmama, Our Great Grandmama,
We will miss you so much but we know you are with Jesus and many loved ones.

God Bless You Sweet Myrtle.
We Love You.
Rest In Peace
