Ruby Irene Hay Chadwick 87, went to be with The Lord on Thursday, October 13, 2022. She was born in Stone Mountain, Georgia to the late Willie Thomas Hay and Enolia Annie Hix Hay. She was the eighth and last surviving of 10 children.

Ruby Irene was always there for everyone in her large family. She had an enduring faith in her Lord Jesus Christ. She was a strong, passionate, and authentic person in every way. She always opened her heart to those in need.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years Berry Thad Chadwick, Sr. 5 Children, Sandra(Bill) Dodd, Pendergrass, Carol(Rodney) Baker, Loganville, Teresa Trent, Conyers, Sharon Carnes, Covington, Berry(Charmayne) Chadwick, Jr., Conyers, 13 Grandchildren and 11 Great-Grandchildren.

The family would like to express our gratitude for the loving comfort and care extended to Ruby Irene and her family. Our love and appreciation to Tiffany, Morgan, Chaplain Ken, everyone at N.W. Ga. Bristol Hospice Care, Nadine, Louise, Collette, Dianne, Daisy and everyone at Care One, Grace of Fountain personal care.

Ruby Irene will truly be missed.
