Shirley Hicks

Shirley was a daughter, a sister to 11 siblings, a mother, an abused wife, and then a loved and cherished wife. She lived in the Atlanta metro area all her life. She was the Mother of a daughter and a son, Grandmother of one and a Great Grandmother of two. Her love was true, and it showed in everything she said or did. With advanced dementia and a fractured femur at the hip socket, she gave herself up to God in heaven. She will be so missed, but we know she is in a place of love, at peace, with no pain.
