Agnes Lena Sosebee

Agnes D. Sosebee, age 85, of Dacula, GA passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by her family, on Thursday, March 7, 2013. She is survived by her beloved husband of 68 years, Arbelia R.B. Sosebee, Jr; son, Terry Sosebee & wife, Lynn; daughter, Vicki Stewart & husband, Glenn; daughter, Joanne Rissanen & husband, Russell; grandchildren, Jenna Hymer, Robin Ovens, Joshua Sosebee, Rachael & Daniel Rissanen; great grandchildren, Aiden Hymer and Sophia Ovens; sister, Kathryn McElvy & husband, Inman, of Leesburg, FL. Mrs. Sosebee worked for the former Rich's Department Store in downtown Atlanta from 1955 until 1988. She was a member of Hebron Baptist Church in Dacula and sang in the choir for many years. She graduated from Russell High School East Point, GA in June 1944 and married in October 1944. Mrs. Sosebee's Memorial Service will be held at 2:30 pm, Sunday, March 10, 2013 at Wages & Sons Gwinnett Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations, in memory of Mrs. Sosebee, may be made to Hebron Baptist Church, 202 Hebron Church Rd., P.O. Box 279, Dacula, GA 30019.
