Angela Davern-Nelson

Angela Davern-Nelson, age 55, of Lawrenceville, GA formerly of Buffalo, NY, passed away Thursday, September 28, 2017 after a long courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, Matthew R. Nelson; daughters, McKenzie and Hailey; parents, Maureen and Jerry Davern; brother, Tony and wife Dawn Davern and their son Connor. Angela had a 30 year career as a Speech Language Pathologist, specializing in pediatrics at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. She enjoyed fitness, cooking and spending time with family and friends. A celebration of Angela’s life will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, October 1 ^st at Wages and Sons Gwinnett Chapel. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of the service.
