Annie Brooks

Annie Joyce Colburn Brooks, 75, of Conyers passed away on Tuesday, December 17, 2019. Born in Mobile, Alabama, she was the daughter of the late Ellis and Ann Ergle Colburn. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star in Woodstock where she served as Worthy Matron several times. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Edward Brooks. Survivors are children, Rebecca Lynn (John) Christman or Cartersville, Judith Gail White of Canton, Katie White of Conyers; Three step-children, Kaye Schultz, James and David Brooks; Brother, William Colburn of Rutledge; sister, Betty Ray of Pine Lake; Several grandchildren; several great grandchildren and other relatives survive. Graveside service will be 1:00pm Friday, December 20, 2019 at Gresham Cemetery at 20 Shallowford RD NE Kennesaw, GA 30144.
