Annie Maydell Clack

Annie Maydell Mosley Clack, age 103 of Lawrenceville passed away on Thursday, September 23, 2010. Granny was born on July 4, 1907 to John & Frances Mosley in Winder, GA. "Granny Clack" served her community by working as a seamstress providing mending and alteration services for many local citizens of Lawrenceville and surrounding areas. She also made many handmade quilts for family members through the years. She always enjoyed gardening and preparing meals for her family and friends from her garden. Granny was a member of Lawrenceville Church of God. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Rowe Pirkle Clack and two daughters, Sabra Ann Brownlee and Doris Edwards. She is survived by her children, Glendon Clack and his wife, Virginia of Auburn, GA and Melba C. Wages of Lawrenceville, GA; 16 grandchildren; 43 great grandchildren; 79 great great grandchildren; 5 great great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, September 26, 2010 at 3 o'clock at Wages & Sons Gwinnett Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in her memory to Lawrenceville Church of God, 329 Grayson Highway, P. O.
