Anthony "Tony" D. Escoe

September 16, 1970 — May 7, 2025

Anthony Dion Escoe transitioned on May 7, 2025. Affectionately known as “Tony”, he was loved and adored by all who knew him and those new to his social and professional circles. A kind soul and warm spirit, he helped any and every one. Tony was always there to lend a hand, offer a kind word or pitch in to lighten the load of those overwhelmed with work or burdened with the challenges of life. Everyone loves Tony! Kind! Genuine! Sincere! Selfless! Tony was raised right!

He loved his mother! He adored his mother! He praised his mother! And his light shined brightly in her life and the life of his adoring grandmother. This was a dynamic trio of love and devotion! Tony, his mother, and his doting grandmother. They traveled together! They ate together! They laughed together! And they prayed together! They had an enviable bond that was rooted in respect and a love of God. From the moment of his birth, Tony was blessed with the power of two intensely committed women who guided him, prayed over him and for him, and became an impenetrable force of solid love and devotion.

Picture Tony standing in front of you, dressed in blue, and skillfully throwing the bowling ball down the alley as he gets yet another strike.

Hear the bells and whistles from the games he is playing that bring attention to his skills and talents. See him dancing, ever so rhythmically, to the steady beats of the exciting sound of hip-hop expressions. Visualize Tony’s charming smile, bringing warmth to ail as they feel his kindness and palpable humanity. Travels from Detroit to Florida parallel the spiritual treks that brought both celebrations and triumphs! The joys were shared with every birthday, anniversary, holiday or church gathering. Laughter often stepped in to relieve sadness and grief. Optimism and persistence, paired with faith and tenacity, became the balm to soothe spiritual pain.

Tony brought the joy!

Tony brought the devotion!

Tony brought the love!

He is just a thought away!

He is just a breath away!

He is a moment away!

Always near!

Tony is… Love.
