Betty Jo George

Betty Jo George, age 96, of Loganville, passed away Wednesday August 5, 2015. Mrs. George was formerly a resident of Stone Mountain for 51 years. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church and loved to crochet, quilt, can vegetables and cook. She is preceded in death by her husband, Brantley Kelly George. She is survived by her daughter, Joyce Lowe, of Monroe, son, Jimmy George and wife Sarah, of Loganville, grandchildren, Ginger George, Scott George, Jean Blattner, great grandchild, C.J. Blattner, several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held Friday August 7, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Wages & Sons Stone Mountain Chapel. Burial will follow at Bethel Community Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at the Funeral Home.
