Carl Fisher Boyer Jr.

Mr. Carl Fisher Boyer Jr. of Stone Mountain, GA, passed away on January 11, 2024. He was born on September 24, 1941. Carl is preceded in death by his father, Mr. Carl Fisher Boyer Sr., his mother, Betty Wade, and his brother, Mike Wade. Carl is survived by his sister, June Hix of Lilburn, GA, and his brother Bobby Wade of Good Hope, GA. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Cathy Wade, as well as several cousins, nieces, and nephews. In high school Carl was a star athlete in football and track, at the Georgia School For The Deaf. Carl was retired from the Macon Telegraph Newspaper. Funeral Services will be held in the Wages & Sons Funeral Home, Stone Mountain Chapel, on Thursday, January 18, 2024 at 1:00pm, With Rev. Mark Smith Officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00pm until the funeral hour. Interment will follow in the Melwood Cemetery.
