Carl David Waters, 64, of Lawrenceville passed away Sunday, December 4, 2011. He was preceded in death by his father, Thad H Waters, and his mother, Ruth Waters. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Waters; his son, Jonathan Waters; his daughter, Angela Lankford, and his grandchildren Tristan and Klara Lankford; his brothers James Waters, Thad Waters, and Roy Waters; and his sister, Jean Bunce.
