Carolyn S. Powell, age 72 of Dallas, GA passed away July 19, 2014.Mrs. Powell was preceded in death by her son, William Christopher Niblett, father and mother William and Louise Stephens. She is survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, Tim and Belinda Niblett, Deanna and Brad Moss, Timothy and Amanda Thompson, Allen and Lisa Niblett, Austin Niblett, Terri Niblett, and Maddie Niblett and 3 great grandchildren, brothers and sisters in law, Joel and Perrielynn Stephens, Charles and Camilla Stephens and Fred and Laura Stephens, sisters and brothers in law, Sara Ann and Jim Flateboe and Melba and Steve King. Funeral service will be held at 11 A.M. Tuesday July 22, 2014 at Wages and Sons Stone Mountain Chapel with Rev. Steve King officiating, with burial at Melwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday July 21, 2014 from 5 P.M. until 8 P.M.
