Cassandra Halcyon Mcgill

Cassandra Halcyon McGill, 88, of Sevierville Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, January 13, 2019. She was born to the late Clella Long and Charles “Hal” Manda. She attended Coker College in Hartsville South Carolina prior to transferring to University of South Carolina in Columbia and completing her undergraduate degree. She went on to receive a master’s degree and later retired from Boca Raton Florida Middle School as a physical education teacher. Cassandra is preceded in death by her parents, Clella Long and Charles Manda; and daughter Cassandra H. McGill. Survivors include her husband, Charles McGill; daughter Sherri Schwartz; Grandchildren Danielle Schwartz and Forest Schwartz.
