Charles Frankie Howard Iii

Charles Franklin “Frankie” Howard III age 70 of Monroe,Georgia, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, September 14, 2021. Born in Decatur, Georgia on Tuesday, May 22, 1951 he was the son of the late Charles Franklin and Florence Elizabeth Johnson Howard, and preceded in death by his wife Rena Gray Howard who past earlier this year. Mr. Howard was the owner of Howard’s landscaping and grading, also a Member and Deacon of Mountain View Baptist Church in Stone Mountain for many years. Frankie love to hunt, fish, his muscle car which is still in the family till this day, and he also enjoyed spending quality time with the family.

Surviving is his son, Jason (Gypsy) Howard and daughter Mendy Powell of Monroe, Brother Mike Howard, Sisters, Tracy (Paul) Byrd, and Linda Howard both of Illinois. grandchildren; Curtis and Devin Robinson, Payton and Jasmine Howard, Gage Felton, and Skyler King.

A Celebration of Life for Frankie, will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, September 25, 2021, at the Mt. View Baptist Church in Stone Mountain With Pastor Shane Allen and Pastor Terry Wyndham officiating. The following gentlemen well serve as Pallbearers: Payton, Devin, Curtis Robinson, Grayson Satterfield, Logan Duke and Gage Felton.

The family will respectfully receive guest on Friday, September 24, 2021 at Wages and Sons Stone Mountain Chapel from 6:00 PM til 8:00 PM The service will be live streamed from Wages and Sons website www.wagesandsons.com where condolences can be left as well.
