Charlotte Hestley Cartey age 92 of Ormond Beach, FL formerly of Lilburn, GA passed away January 2, 2015. Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband Albert J. Cartey; 2 sons, Ronald Craig Cartey and Gary Vance Cartey. She is survived by her brother, Riley Hestley, Stone Mountain; nieces, Virginia Gibson Robb, Lakeland, FL, Lynne Sheffield, Cumming, GA, Pat Childress, Statham, GA and nephew, Don Hestley, Clearwater, FL. Services will be held Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at Arlington Memorial Park. Wages & Sons Stone Mountain Chapel. 770-469-9811.
