Craig A. Richardson, 65, died on March 9, 2017, after a year-long fight against cancer. He was the
husband of Candace L. Richardson. They shared 45 years together.
Born in Canton, Ohio, he was the son of the late Fred L. and Ruth M. (Hockenberger) Richardson of
Minerva, Ohio. He was a graduate of Minerva High School, 1969, and Kent State University, 1973. He
started his career as an educator and moved into the field of Manufacturing/Quality control. He worked
as the Quality Assurance Manager with Applied Ceramics, lnc., Doraville, Georgia, and retired in October
2016.
He is survived by wife, Candace (Roudebush) Richardson, two daughters, Caley Coleman and Cody
Richardson, a brother, David P. Richardson, two granddaughters, and one grandson.
He was a member of the Lawrenceville First Christian Church. He was a good Christian, husband, father,
and friend, an avid golfer in his younger years, loved a good Saturday morning yard sale, enjoyed
reading any newspaper, and always a football fan.
No memorial services are planned at this time.
The family asks in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to a favorite charity.
