Daniel Edward Gregory

Daniel Edward Gregory, 60, of Atlanta passed away February 4th, 2012, at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born to the late Anne Tuhacek and Harry Gregory, March 9, 1951, in Daytona Beach, Florida. He joined the Marines after high school and served a tour of duty in Vietnam. Daniel is survived by his wife of 34 years, Sandy Gregory, and by children: Benjamin Lee Gregory, David Nicholas Gregory, Noah Daniel Gregory, and Jessica Suzanne Gregory. He is predeceased by son, Luke Noel Gregory. He is also survived by a grandson, William Trent Gregory; brother and sister, Robert Gregory and Joan Dufour. He is described by his wife and children as gentle, thoughtful, generous, slow to anger, and kind to animals. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Humane Society. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, February 7, 2012 at Arlington Memorial Park in Sandy Springs, GA time to be announced. Bishop Joe Singleton will officiate.
