Deborah Quimby

Deborah Talley Quimby , 77 of Decatur Georgia passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2014. Debbie graduated from Decatur High School in 1955. She retired from Emory Hospital’s Medical Engineering department in 1999. Debbie absolutely loved the beach and spending time with her family. She was a loving wife, Mother and very special “Grammie”. A longtime member of St. Michaels and All Angels Episcopal church, Debbie was a member of the Daughters of the King. She gave countless hours and devotion to the church. Debbie is preceded in death by her husband Wallace P. Quimby. She is survived by her children, Rae Nash (Susan), Tim Nash (Margaret), Reesie Maple (Keith), Amanda Quimby, Phili Quimby (Boots), grandchildren, Trey Nash, Justin Nash, Chad Nash, Nash Maple, Emily Maple, great grandchildren, Savannah Nash, Anna Nash, Brother Harvey G Talley (Miriam), nephew Matt Talley. Visitation will be Thursday, May 22nd at Wages and Sons Funeral Home, Stone Mountain, Georgia, from 6-8pm. A Private service will be held for family only on Friday, May 23rd.
