Denise Couch Wallace

Denise Couch Wallace, age 60, of Lilburn, Georgia- beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend, passed away July 10, 2015. She was surrounded by her family and close friends at the time of her death. She was born in Atlanta, Georgia on October 4, 1954 to the late W. Tyler & Elizabeth B. Couch. She graduated from Stone Mountain High School, was a longtime member of Stone Mountain 1st Baptist Church before moving to Church of the Redeemer. Denise had a beautiful smile and positive outlook on life and was active with Theta Sigma Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi. She recently retired from Gwinnett County Public School System where she worked as an Administrative Assistant for 10 years at Annistown Elementary School. Denise is survived by her loving husband of 42 years, W. Charles Wallace, Jr., daughters, Erin Lovett and her husband Bradley, Keri Ericson and her husband David, three grandchildren Dylan Ericson, Carter Ericson and Addison Lovett. She also is survived by two sisters: Camilla Wilkes & Chloe Ann Flowers. Funeral Services will be held Thursday July 16, 2015 at 11:00 am at Church of the Redeemer 3750 Zoar Church Rd. Snellville, 30039. Burial will follow in the Snellville Historical Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday July 15th from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Wages & Sons Stone Mountain Chapel.
