Dolores Y. Brown

Dolores Y. Brown of Lawrenceville, GA, passed away on Friday, July 8th, 2022 at the age of 86 of natural causes. She was born in Brushy Township, IL and married to Victor L. Brown (Jack), deceased. She is survived by her nine children, Cathy Burgess, Blaise Brown, Lolita D’Avella, Victoria Brown, Damian Brown, Cheryl Keller, Geralyn McCullough, Jeanette Little, and Paula Richards, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dolores played violin as a member of her high school orchestra and sang in the choir. In her later years, she enjoyed attending Southern Gospel concerts, visiting friends, growing in her faith, and spending time with her family. Her children will always remember her as a tremendously dedicated and faithful mother. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dorsey Payne and Mary Payne, and brother, Richard Payne. A private Celebration of Life service will be held in her honor.
