Doris Becker Derdeyn

Doris Becker Derdeyn, age 78 of Tucker, GA passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, June 1, 2011 after a 10 year battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband of 51 years John B. Derdeyn; children, John M. Derdeyn and wife Kathleen, Thomas G. Derdeyn, Cynthia A. Derdeyn and her son, Grant Christopher Derdeyn-Blackwell. Mrs. Derdeyn was born in Chicago, IL March 4, 1933. She enjoyed gardening, collecting antiques, and was a charter member of the Athletic Club Northeast. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Winship Cancer Institute @ Emory.
