Dorothy Ellis

Dorothy Ellis of Tucker passed away on Thursday, October 04, 2012 at 74 years old. She passed away peacefully at home with family and friends present. She no longer suffers from the diseases that encumbered earthly body. The love of her life was learning about Christ, gaining wisdom and prayer. Born on February 3rd, 1938 in Walton County she is predeceased by her parents Eli Williams and Runie Holder, her first husband, Roger Conner, her son Tyrus R. Conner. She is remembered, in loving memory, by her children, Thomas W.& Robin Conner of Apalachicola, FL, James M. Conner of Tucker, grand-daughter Christina N. Conner of Atlanta, Linda Conner-Brown, siblings Jeanette Stone of Monroe, GA, B. R. & Margaret Williams of Walton County, Alan & Karla Holder of Snellville and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be 2 pm Sunday October 7, 2012 at the Wages and Sons Stone Mountain Chapel, burial will follow at 4:30 pm, from the Mount Vernon Christian Church Cemetery near Monroe. The family will receive friends from 3 pm until 5 pm at the Funeral Home on Saturday October 6, 2012.
