Douglas Edward Blanchard, 75, of Lilburn, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2019. He was born on January 19, 1944 in Fall River Massachusetts to the late Kenneth W. Blanchard and Edna W. Raybun. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, September 14, 2019 at 4 PM from the Chapel of Holiday Marina 6900 Holiday Rd. Buford, GA 30518
Survivors include his sons: Kenneth Blanchard (Tara), and Gregory Blanchard and grandchildren Leon Douglas Blanchard and Jennifer Nicole Blanchard.
