Douglas Brian Soper Mr.

Doug Soper of Dacula, Ga, died early Sunday morning on February 2, 2014. First and foremost, he was a devoted follower of Christ and tried to set a good example in his daily life. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He always seemed to be able to find levity in every situation and passed on this wonderful sense of humor to his children and grandchildren. He was honorably discharged from the Navy and then went on to a career with BellSouth from which he retired. He is survived by his wife Sharon and son John, of Dacula, his daughter, Colette of Mooresville, NC and three grandchildren, Hudson of Japan, and Ben and Jess of Charlotte NC. We will greatly miss his affection, intelligence and wit but know that he is now with the Lord, who he loved so much.
