Eric Charles Gustavson

Eric Charles Gustavson passed from death to life eternal on September 24, 2013. Survivors include his wife of more than 65 years, Doris Gustavson; daughter Sandra Gustavson; son Jon Gustavson wife Gwen; three grandsons, Timothy Gustavson wife Beth, Daniel Gustavson wife Asuka, and Phillip Gustavson; four great grandchildren, Caleb Gustavson, Stephen Gustavson, Joanna Gustavson, and Bianca Gustavson; two nieces, Laurie Kehoe and Janice McGreane; one nephew, Bryan Kehoe; two great nephews, Thomas Kehoe and Eric Kehoe; and one great niece, Channing Kehoe. Eric was preceded in death by his parents, Bernard and Emely Gustavson, his brother, Edwin Gustavson, and two sisters, Anna Gustavson and Edna Kehoe. Eric served in the United States Air Force for four years 1951-1955 on Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio and was a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. He worked for several employers during his career as a printing press operator and printing supervisor, including Waxide Paper Company, Reynolds Metals, and Mead Packaging, prior to forming his own typesetting business, Northway Graphics. A time for visitation with the family and a memorial service will be held Friday, September 27, 2013 at Christ the Lord Lutheran Church, 1001 Duluth Highway, Lawrenceville, GA 30043, 770-963-4499. The family visitation is at 10 am, prior to the memorial service at 11 am and a reception at the church following the service. Arrangements are being handled by Wages & Sons Gwinnett Chapel, 1031 Lawrenceville Highway, Lawrenceville, GA 30046, 770-277-4550. Online condolences may be expressed at www.wagesandsons.com.
