Eusebio Ramon Viña

Eusebio Ramón Viña (Ray) was born on February 7, 1931 to Eusebio Benjamin Viña & Dahlia Moreda Viña in Brooklyn, NY.

He passed away peacefully at 92 on September 8, 2023.

He graduated from Erasmus Hall HS in 1949 and Long Island University in 1952. He was preceded in death by, “the only love of my life,” his wife, Adelita (Adele) Ruenes Viña whom he married on January 28, 1951. They were married for 67 years.

In 1952, he was drafted and served in the Army Signal Corps. He trained in Japan and served in Korea for two years and served six more years in the Army Reserves.

Over the years he worked as a Manufacturer’s Sales Rep in various industries. He and his family lived in NY and PA before moving to Stone Mountain, GA in 1974. After retirement, he enjoyed working as an actor. And in 1998, he and Adele moved to Hamilton Mill in Dacula, GA where they made lasting friendships with their neighbors.

He is survived by his children, Linda Ellison (Jeb), E. Ramón Viña, Jr. (Angela); grandchildren, Vanessa (Derek), Rebecca (Matthew), Savanna, Ryan (Valeria); five, soon to be six, great-grandchildren; a beloved niece, Donna, and two nephews.
